Management Accounting Analyst – 12-month contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced accounting analyst to assist with a project to re-design the group financial reporting, stock WIP and fixed asset control for a highly successful business based in Nottinghamshire with a great working environment

This is an opportunity to bring new ideas - helping develop new and existing systems

The role of management accounting analyst will involve

  • Assisting with the re-design of the group financial reporting, stock, work in progress and fixed asset control.
  • Data analysis and report writing where required.
  • Identification and analysis of stock and WIP including re-development of existing systems.
  • Control of the group Fixes Asset register - including full physical check
  • Assist in the monitoring, control and recording of excess / free stock

The ideal candidate for the role of management accounting analyst will have

  • Experience within stock and asset accounting.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Ideally AAT or equivalent qualified
  • Experience of EFACS E/8 ERP Software Power Bi would be an advantage but not essential.
  • The ability to work both within an office and industrial environment (asset identification)
  • This is an office-based role and remote working is not an option.
