Customer Service and Complaints Handler

We are currently seeking a customer service advisor to work for a leading company within the building sector.

The role:

  • Dealing with general inbound and outbound customer services calls within the call centre
  • Handling, investigating and resolving complaints
  • Updating computer records accurately with information taken over the phone from each call
  • Arranging callback for customers as and when required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in customer service or working within a call centre
  • Ability to investigate and resolve complaints
  • Experience of managing at updating customer databases
  • Due to location, a full driving license and your own vehicle is an essential for this vacancy.Hours of work vary working on a rota, 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, 10am – 6pm.
