Customer Service and Complaints Handler
We are currently seeking a customer service advisor to work for a leading company within the building sector.
- Dealing with general inbound and outbound customer services calls within the call centre
- Handling, investigating and resolving complaints
- Updating computer records accurately with information taken over the phone from each call
- Arranging callback for customers as and when required
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in customer service or working within a call centre
- Ability to investigate and resolve complaints
- Experience of managing at updating customer databases
- Due to location, a full driving license and your own vehicle is an essential for this vacancy.Hours of work vary working on a rota, 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, 10am – 6pm.
