Position: Sales Executive
Salary 24k-25k Dept on exp plus uncapped commission structure OTE: 40k plus
Location: Mansfield
Hours: Mon-Thur 8.30-5.00pm Fri 8.30am-3pm
We are recruiting for Sales Executive for a well established and expanding Mansfield based company. Managing your own portfolio of new and existing clients you will be responsible for:
- Working with an existing client base
- Developing relationships and partnerships with new and existing clients
- Targeting opportunities, presenting solutions and negotiating deals
- Maintaining and developing the computerised CRM system
- Planning and carrying out direct sales and marketing activities to meet sales and profitability target
- Responding and following up any sales enquiries via telephone, email, skype and personal visits where deemed necessary
The ideal candidate will have a hunger for sales, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets, as well as:
- Previous outbound sales experience is ideal but not essential
- Possess excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Be highly self-motivated and results driven
- Enjoy working to targets
- Ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline
