DO NOT MISS THIS!! We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join a high functioning SME of a Global organisation. The business has been established for over 30 years and operates in over 35 countries.

We are looking for a fun, creative and highly passionate individual to manage and deliver robust and engaging brand and product marketing campaigns across multiple channels for a market leading brand including but not limited to social ( tick Tok, Instagram, Facebook, website), POS, Print, Events

The Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager will

  • Lead a small vibrant marketing team to develop complete marketing campaigns and content in-house, executed collaboratively with external agencies.
  • Plan and deliver robust, creative, fun, and engaging wholesale and consumer brand and product marketing campaigns across multiple channels - digital, POS materials, print and events.
  • Brief and manage internal and external creative and design teams to deliver campaigns marketing communication.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders and colleagues, such as account managers, technical advisors, and wholesalers to ensure a synchronised marketing approach.
  • Uphold the company's brand identity and tone across all marketing channels including digital and print.
  • Plan, organise and attend brand marketing events and shows throughout the year
  • Observe market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges for marketing as well as the whole organisation.
  • Measure ROI and report back findings including - Budget management and the ability to track annual spend and scrutinise campaign costs.

The ideal candidate for the role of head of marketing / marketing manager will have

  • Strong experience in implementing and managing marketing strategies
  • Consumer product background, preferably from a manufacturer or brand owner business ideally FMCG Experience
  • Up to date knowledge and experience of the latest trends in online marketing and measurements
  • Exceptional analytic skills and ability to read data/results to support marketing decisions.
  • Demonstrable creative vision with the ability to create marketing campaigns from scratch.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Experience of organising events
