We're hiring a Change & Process Improvement Manager to review current processes with a fresh pair of eyes and lead practical change across teams and stakeholders. This role suits someone with a strong operational or people-management background, looking to step into a process improvement and team leadership role.
The role of Change & Process Improvement Manager will involve:
- Review existing processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Lead and implement change initiatives across teams and stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day team leadership: workload, resourcing, coaching, and performance
- Act as first point of escalation, resolving issues and making quick decisions
- Build stakeholder buy-in for new ways of working
- Monitor performance against KPIs/SLAs and drive continuous improvement
- Use reporting tools and systems to track progress and impact
What you'll bring:
- Experience in change management or process improvement
- Team leadership or people management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Background in a fast-paced, operational, or customer-facing environment -for example retail, distribution, logistics, hospitality, customer service, marketing or production/fulfilment (open to other relevant sectors)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Solution-focused, structured approach to problem-solving
Desirable:
- Change management, leadership, or coaching qualifications
- Experience introducing new systems/technology to improve efficiency
- Multi-channel or cross-functional operations experience
