We are Bold, Determined and Fun and we have been in the recruitment industry for over two decades.
Ten years ago we realised we were more than targets and numbers and that we are people people. We wanted to create a recruitment agency that was about connecting people, about offering a quality and personalised service.
And so we did. We founded TurnerFox. A friendly, local recruitment team.
With hundreds of clients and thousands of candidates placed over the last decade, across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire, we use our local knowledge and experience teamed with our drive, energy and humour to connect people.

Our team
Our TurnerFox team of recruitment specialists, based in our Mansfield head office, have an in depth knowledge of the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire employment regions. Combining local experience with commitment and a lot of personality they work with each client and candidate to identify and solve their exact needs in person – through face-to-face interviews and on site visits. In a heavily automated industry we believe that it is this local, human connection that makes us unique!
Our recruitment process
We ensure that we screen all of our candidates and employers.
We do not just send random CVs – we interview all of our candidates in person or via video conference – and ensure that they are the right for you and that you are the right fit for them.
We also check all references.
Finding the right people for the right teams – and vice versa – is our passion. It is what we do.
